My Current Work Out Plan

The best work out plan is one that you will stick to!  You can find an abundance of work out plans on the internet, many free too!  I had been using the iFitness app for the iPhone.  Using this app you can create your own custom work out plan and log your progress.  However, you do need to take the time to create a work out plan, and know what muscle groups you want to be working.

If like me, you want a work out plan that is laid out for you, and a work out plan that is short, fun and effective, that won’t have you doing long slow boring cardio, then I highly recommend Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training program.  This is a mixture of weight training and metabolic circuit training.  I use Turbulence Training and I’ve had great success!  Check out the  results I, and others,  achieved in the 9th Turbulence Training Contest, there are some very impressive results and stories here.

My work out week typically looks like this:

Monday Workout A plus 20 mins HIIT = 45 minutes
Tuesday Dancing to some awesome tunes on my mini trampoline = 30 minutes
Wednesday 30 minutes on bike whilst watching TV! = 30 minutes
Thursday Workout B plus 20 mins HIIT = 45 minutes
Friday One of Craig’s ab workouts (no crunches or sit ups in site!) = 30 minutes
Saturday Workout A plus 20 mins HIIT = total workout time 45 minutes
Sunday Rest day

Total work out time for week = 3 hours 45 minutes.

My current work out plan is the Booty for Wife program from Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training. Watch Craig perform the routine!

Sign up for my newsletter using the form on the right and you will receive a free 4 week work out plan as supplied by Turbulence Training.  Use this plan in conjunction with clean eating, a good nutrition plan, build in a couple of cheat meals per week, and count your calories and you will lose fat and inches in no time.
