OK, the post you have all been waiting for! My before and after pics! I lost 10.75lbs of pure fat in 12 weeks, and 2 1/2 inches off my butt! My six pack is closer than ever, and over the course of the next 18 weeks I’m adopting a higher calorie intake on training days in order put on some muscle, and on non training days a slightly negative calorie intake to stay as lean as possible at the same time! My goal = to step on stage at Musclemania / Fitness Britain on the 31st July! I’m not sure yet what category/ies I’m entering, but I can not wait!
